The first session of the day was John Guastaferro, and was a great session with the man who has brought us the Brainstorm DVD’s.
Opening with a production of casino coin from a deck of egyptian symbols, a chosen card was chosen and revealed through three other cards, which ended up spelling the name of the chosen card, John performed a number of excellent effects from his DVD’s.
A very nice almost visual vanish of a signed card in a clear plastic luggage label was very nice (and cheeky), ending up with it reappearing back in the deck before finally appearing back in the luggage label.
The rest of the lecture covered some very visual magic along with some wonderful insights into various techniques including how to unseal a fortune cookie! A fantastic opening to The Session!

The registration packs presented to all attendees of the fourth Session was a nice 34 page booklet full of magic by Ray Kosby, Mark Elsdon, Chris Mayhew, John Guastaferro, Craig Petty, Éireann Leverett, Andi Gladwin, and Noel Qualter.

It’s a nice start to the day to have something that’s more than a convention schedule, and that’s you’ll keep past the last day of the weekend. Fist event is the introduction at 1:30, followed by the John Guastaferro lecture.
