The Edinburgh International Magic Festival (MagicFest) 7th-11th July 2010

July 7, 2010toJuly 11, 2010

The Edinburgh International Magic Festival (MagicFest) is an exciting new event for the magic calendar, running from Wednesday July 7th to Sunday July 11th.

MagicFest will focus purely on the performance of magic. The line up for the first Festival has now been released and includes R Paul Wilson, John Archer, Drew McAdam, Keelan Leyser and Charlotte, Matthew J Dowden, Paul Nardini, Xavier Mortimer, Colin McLeod and Alan Hudson.

The event is aimed at the public and magic fans alike. There will be no lectures, no dealer dems, no dealer halls, just amazing live performances in some of Edinburgh’s finest theatres. Although the majority of the audience will be made up of magic-lovers around Edinburgh and Scotland, the organisers anticipate that the Festival will also attract a sizeable magician audience from across the UK. Special bulk ticket offers for magicians, as a cost saving alternative to buying tickets on a show by show basis, will be offered, as well as a limited number of ‘2 for 1′ tickets on the first night.

With over 4000 tickets on sale right now, MagicFest will definitely offer something for everyone who loves watching live magic. Visit www.magicfest.co.uk for the latest information and booking details.
